All three scents in this set are complex and well balanced, offering the interest and originality I want in an indie while still being immensely wearable.
Concrete beach reminds me of hanging out on the concrete steps by Montrose beach. It starts out with concrete and dries down into a summery, beachy scent.
Opera house balances it's mustiness with something herbal... Rosemary, pine? It was fun to wear during the Christmas holidays, and while the others in this set felt like all-day scents to me, this one felt more like a sensuous date night or going out scent.
Galvanized might be by favorite. It starts out with a metallic brightness which fades into a nice top note as dirt and something that reminds me of ripe fruit come forward. It kind of reminds me of Nightflyer, but a lot more wearable.
This set is impressively well-rounded, with three very different, equally beautiful scents. I can't wait to see where this new indie perfumer goes from here.
